I really want the Deluxe album, but I seem to have a problem with my version of Windows that keep me from running I-Tunes. Are there any plans to offer the Deluxe album through any other website?
I love Suzanne’s music and purchased the new album. However, I really find it upsetting that I cannot get the bonus songs when I’m buying the actual album. Not everybody’s interested in downloading music… why should we get less for our money ?
I have to agree with the previous posters–there should be a way to buy the deluxe album in lossless quality of some kind, not just as aac files–I’d be happy to pay more for a “deluxe” CD! Maybe you could release one…
I’m very frustrated that the bonus tracks are not available on a lossless cd option. I purchased the cd, but please make “extras” somehow available to those of us who don;t like lossy, compressed files. My #1 preference is cd, but i would also buy flac/shn.
Hey Geff- we are looking into making the bonus tracks available in a lossless format. Thanks for the suggestion.
I was also disappointed to buy the CD and find out later that there were deluxe tracks I could have gotten if I had downloaded. I greatly prefer CDs to downloading and feel penalized for not using iTunes. If you’re going to do this with the other Close-Up albums, perhaps you could release one additional CD that collects all the iTunes bonus tracks.
I echo the above sentiments – please make the deluxe version available on CD.
Many thanks,
Keith.
A volume 5 including the bonus songs is a wonderful idea.
Not being in the US the bonus tracks aren’t available to me at all. Are there any plans to sell the bonus tracks anywhere outside the US, either on CD or electronically?
Thanks.
I share this sentiment. I value the ‘permanence’ of the physical CD and its artwork over mere bits on my computer. I’m an old man now — though I’m no luddite, I’ve never owned an MP3 player and have no inclination to own one. iTunes does not support my operating system (Ubuntu), and I have no wish to support iTunes.
I’d happily support the artist if the deluxe version was made available on CD. I’ve bought two signed copies of the physical CD for volume 1 — one through Nimbit and one at her show in Norfolk, VA, but pleasepleaseplease rethink your marketing strategy, because I do feel shut out from these additional Apple-only tracks.
Please make the bonus material available to those of us who prefer physical formats.
