I play viol with some friends, violists. Normally our repertory is reneissance music. Lately I made an arrangiement of "Small blue thing" for four viols because is a very beautyful song and I find it is suitable for this ensemble. Four viols sound more or less like a string quartet. We will play in  a sort of enterteinment-soiree in a Library ( "Divan" ) in Berlin, in June; music, readings,etc. Besides a couple of reneissance pieces we would be happy to perform Your small blue thing, as hommage to You. My question is: do You agree? Do we have to ask some permission? Best regards.
