    Hi Suzanne!
just wanted to say that las friday you did a wonderful job. This was actually the first time I saw u in person, and let me say that you sound as great as in the Cds. You have a powerful voice.

    Hope to see you again.

Yes, I saw her there a couple nights ago. My first time too :-)

I need to get Retrospective but today, while I was in the city, I grabbed:
    Solitude Standing and
    Songs in Red and Grey

    I was very impressed!

Where did you get to sit?

I was in M? Not too far back.

I've always liked "Luka" and "Tom's Diner," but for some reason I never bought a CD of hers.

Now, I can't get enough. She really is a phenomenal performer and songwriter.

"Caramel" and "Gypsy" heard on WFUV live were what drew me to want to see her live.

    Suzanne
Excellent show last Friday at the Basie. I've written a review of the show which will be published next week on www.newspapertaxi.net If you've not heard of that site, check it out, its worth looking into. Its a site "by musicians for music fans" so you may be interested in posting something yourself.
Once again, a wonderful experience. My first ever Suzanne Vega show but hopefully not my last. Best of luck.
