I just found out that Suzanne was in philadelphia on May 31st. Her Road Diary mentions that few people showed up to the signing. I know several people who would have attended (myself included) had they known.

I think this is the case in a lot of areas. Fans may be willing to support their favorite artists, but it's hard to when a lack of advertising or media coverage has them arriving "under the radar." The TLA is a great venue to see an artist. I really feel like I missed out.

I saw her last year here and then this year here and then flew to California to see her in Modesto. While Suzanne was great in both shows, they were very different experiences because of the audience. I was a bit disappointed that people didn't seem to want When Heroes go Down. I just hope it doesn't keep Suzanne from playing here again, though if she doesn't.. it's definitely worth a drive to New York.

I really enjoyed Dawn and hope she doesn't give up. There were a few rude people in the Philly audience, but I loved her voice and the range during her songs.
