Were you commenting on Mirielle's post, which I found very much 'in keeping' with what others have discussed about this song over the years? Also, in the end—most of us tend to agree (as both of you did) that Suzanne's songs allow us each to 'bring our own' into the mix—a good thing, wouldn't you say?!

I also thought it brave and honest of Mirielle to share her info from whatever side of the knife! Welcome to the Tow, Mirielle!

Sorry for the confusion. I'm new, so I have been reading entire threads as I see activity on them, and was actually referring to the "cognitive heuristics" discussion which was taken to e-mail. I would have liked to read the rest of it. My deep apologies if anything I wrote came off as bristly or unaccepting.

Ah! Got it! When things go in the direction of the "cognitive heuristics" discussion, I move on (although they do come through the mail, so they get a quick 'delete!')

I just wanted to clear up my own confusion. I love this song, it's brilliant, and I can see how it can be viewed from oh-so-many perspectives (making it all the more interesting)!

Hurray, you are the first of i hope a few more TSs members as i am one of those.

 To the first person to post the opening to this forum, I find that term Drag Queen to be offensive, to be a drag queen is one thing but to think a woman of excellent character would be thinking of just that group of people, wash your mouth out with soap. (at this posting I hadn't finished reading the thread)

 It's quite easy to see that Suzanne is more cultured and looks at the big issues, eg Luka, to name one of her songs. I do admit i'm very new to Suzanne other than knowing the three she released over the water in the UK.
