Hello Everyone.

I had my iPod on shuffle the other day and Marlene on the Wall came on and I hadn't listened to it in a while, and I really listened, and was struck all over again, like when I first heard it in 1985.

When I think about the first album, I don't generally think of Suzanne's voice being strong and even ballsy, but on this listening it really struck me how forceful parts of the song are, and how incredibly well written it is, and that here I am almost 22 years later still discovering things about this song.

Suzanne is just that amazing.
