Language is really interesting.
"The Children Are Playing in Pennies..." doesn't have any specific meaning in my head, it's kind of nonsense, but those lines evoke an emotional response. I really like the combination of words - they SEEM to mean something.
Maybe your subconscious takes things and runs with them, or maybe just the right combination of words together has a nice feel to it.
