Three songs –“Wooden Horse”, ”Calypso”, “In The Eye” are inseparable and meaningful for me these days. All of these songs deal with saying goodbye, but each of it convey different message. It is interesting that these three songs ended up in the same “Solitude Standing”. Calm and reflective “Wooden Horse” where the message is “ Something ended, but I was happy, tell them this”, full of anger “In the Eye”, “you may kill me, but I will always stay with you like scar”, or “I need to let you go, I won’t ask for return and will stay lonely, singing my song in the wind”. These three messages are complementary in some way. We may take revenge like in “In the eye”, we may long like in “Calypso”, we may hope for understanding and staying in memory in positive way like in “Wooden Horse”. I wonder whether how we feel depends on person who is an object of longing or on personality of person who is left. Maybe all of these three approaches merge every time we are in different moods, I wonder too. The closest to my heart is “Wooden Horse”. I have an impression that this one is the most rewarding approach.

    Be well
