Maybe this was already mentioned somewhere else on the message board ? According to Wikipedia, "States of Being", the 3rd volume of Close-Up, is set for a July 12th release. Here is the track list :

This sounds like an interesting track list. I'm so glad that she has managed to resurrect at least one track from "Days of open hand" – and an especially good one. I'm a bit surprised that "Language" is not here, because she did Twitter that she was recording it. Maybe it'll be in the bonus tracks. I was really expecting "Tired of sleeping" and "Left of center" as well… but then again, they might be in the bonus tracks. So let's just wait and see until Suzanne's website makes an official announcement.

Not-so-good news for the American Towies… According to this tweet, Vol.3 will be available in the US only on November 1st. I don't know if this is credible information, but it's the only one we have… =8-/

Hmmm… that's a year after volume 2. Wasn't she supposed to release them at a faster pace ?
At this point, I'm a bit confused about what I should do ! I don't want to buy the CD twice, and I want to be able to buy the two bonus tracks. If I was certain that the bonus tracks are going to be individually available on iTunes Canada, I'd go ahead and order the CD from Europe.
I know it's easy to whine, but what an odd release strategy…

That's really disappointing. Sounds like the best thing is to order from Amazon.co.uk, and buy the bonus tracks later. This makes no sense from a marketing standpoint. But once it's available from Amazon here, you could order it from them anyway.
It would be nice if Suzanne had bought a bunch of CD's back with her to sell to us 'towies from her store….
Where are those Mutant Ninja Turtles when we really need them?

Problem is, Amazon Canada still doesn't sell individual downloads. I know – incredible, but true. As for iTunes Canada, it's just as crappy – you wouldn't believe the number of "iTunes exclusives" that aren't for sale in Canada. I have this nagging feeling that I won't be able to put my hands on the bonus tracks from volume 3.

You don't have to use iTunes (in fact, I recommend against it altogether!). You can download the bonus tracks from the Nimbit music store, right here on this site or on Nimbit's.
I still think they should've been included on the CD… there was plenty of room on it!

A possible theory — just something I kind of suspect, but don't really know — maybe Suzanne is more satsified with how some of her tracks translated than others and that ends up dictating whether the track makes the cd or is consigned to bonus track status. The real hard core fans who love her unconditionally can get the tracks she's less enamored of if they choose without having critics criticize the consistency of quality on the album. Just a wild guess…

@Yuval- I noticed that there is not a "buy" icon by the bonus tracks in the store. Does that mean you only get them if you download the whole album? I want to get them, too, but I am waiting for the CD.
What sort of issues are there with iTunes? I have only used it once, to download the 4 bonus tracks from Vol 1.

@Louis-Francois- I'm in the same boat you are! At the rate we get her albums here, Vol. 4 will be in 2013 or so!
@Jerry- that idea makes sense. I heard them practicing Language when I listened in on the soundcheck before the show I saw last winter. I expected they would play it in the show, but they didn't, so I assumed it wasn't yet up to Suzanne's high standards. She played it, along with Cracking, in Alaska a week later, though. They both sounded great on the recording that Steve made at the time. Did you get one of those CDs from him?

Ed, that sounds about right. Who knows, maybe the box set (if it ever sees the light of day) will have a 5th CD with all the bonus tracks.
As for iTunes, the only time I tried to use it was when Vol.1 was released and I wanted to buy the bonus tracks. Not only was it difficult to install on Windows and worked soooooo sloooooow, eventually it didn't allow me to buy those tracks because they were exclusive to iTunes USA. Bah. I've sworn off iTunes and haven't regretted it since.
