Vienna – Konzerthaus 1. July 2010: What a Wonderful Concert!
I had the opportunity to see Suzanne Vega & her wonderful Musicians from the First Row and the sound was excellent.
Her beautiful voice + two guitars and a bass and that was enough to recognize again the beauty of her songs.
The Viennese Audience celebrated her performance with constant cheers and handclappings and on that evening Suzanne won all their hearts!
A white flower flew on stage ( I bought it a few hours before) and after the show she still had my flower in her hands, when she left the Concert Hall and I could chat a few words, while she signed a few records and a concert-poster for me.
I will never forget this meeting and the friendly way she (and also her road crew members) talked with me (and the other fans, waiting outside).
Suzanne will come back to Vienna to play on the "Life Ball" (an Aids-Charitiy Ball) on July 17th. (Wolfgang)

Speaking of flowers, last night Suzanne received a large bouquet of flowers on stage from the production company representative, for coming to Israel and also for her birthday last Sunday. It was at the beginning of the encore, and Suzanne was clearly surprised…
Yes, in a few minutes – I will go to see Suzanne, performing Live for the Life-Ball Charity Event (next week Annie Lennox will perform also for another Aids-Campaign). I hope that the Austrian Television (ORF) will broadcast a few songs (maybe the whole short concert).So "I´ll be back" – after the concert.
